Link Love = formerly known as The Weekend Files! – It’s been a while that I posted the best of the web. I’ve been so busy preparing for ALT Summit, traveling to Salt Lake City and back, enjoying quality time with my family and now not only digesting but also implementing everything at least a couple of things that I learned. Since I still don’t really know where to start, I’ve decided to stick with something familiar for now. So here they are: links that inspire me, make me laugh or leave me thinking, bring tears to my eyes, or keep our bank account busy. Enjoy!
Best of the Web
- Can’t wait for finally reading this book. It’s going to be an emotional read, for sure… In case you’ve missed them, here are also the links to the author’s much praised essay which was published in 2014 and his wife’s very personal and moving words written after his death last year.
- A website on innovation in education. Topics to be explored? The schools and classrooms of the future.
- My husband made these rolls and they were overwhelmingly delicious! Why, oh why, does yeast like him so much better than me?
- Were you a reader of the famous design blog Young House Love? I never read it and only started to get interested in the writers once they quit blogging. Here are the latest news on how they are doing post-blog.
- I recently discovered this cooking website / magazine / podcast. Make sure to check out their Super Bowl Party Guide for the game on Sunday. I don’t really care for who is playing, but I’ll definitely watch the half-time show featuring Coldplay and Beyoncé!
