Happy fall, y’all! I just came back from a short trip to the Smoky Mountains. It’s so beautiful up there! Now it really is the best time to go: the leaves are changing their colors, it’s still warm during the day, but cool and crisp at night, with mystic foggy mornings. We drove parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway, had a coffee – of course – at Cork & Bean in Bryson City, watched a parade in Cherokee, and strolled through the tiny town of Sylva. I would love to go back to the mountains in one or two weeks to enjoy an even more colorful fall experience!
– Is starting school early a good or a bad thing? This left me thinking and wondering – once again – why they start school at such an early age here in the US.
– I’m looking for a more affordable version of this fall staple which I would love to add to my cold weather wardrobe. Any recommendations anyone?
– Dear Expat, don’t worry, you are normal!
– Loved this post (and photos) on (blog) writing.
– Am also loving this much acclaimed book (and podcast) on living a creative life which I’m reading right now. So much inspiration and helpful advice!
